EthioTelecom signed a partnership agreement with Immigration and Citizenship

EthioTelecom has just signed a partnership agreement with Immigration and Citizenship Service to get passport service fees settled using the newly emerging telebirr digital payment system which has now over 20 million subscribers.

Based on the partnership agreement made today between the two institutions, citizens can conveniently get new passport issuance, renewal services and lost passport replacement as well as damaged passport correction services anytime and anywhere using www.ethiopianpassportservices.gov.et
and easily settle the fees via telebirr which is easy, fast, convenient and secure payment platform.

Just recently Ethiotelecom has signed partnership with Ride to process payment via its telebirr platform.
