The Educational Assessment and Examinations Service (EAES) has officially announced the release of the Ethiopian Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (ESSLCE) results. Candidates nationwide can access their official scores starting today, August 19, at 1:00 PM.

How to Check Your Score

To view your results, ensure you have your admission (registration) number and first name ready, then use any of the authorized platforms:

  • Web Portal: Visit the main score portal at result.eaes.et and enter your credentials.
  • Telegram Bot: Access the verified EAES Telegram bot via result.eaes.et/telegram for fast, low-bandwidth score retrieval.
  • SMS Service: Retrieve your score by following the SMS instructions at result.eaes.et/sms.

Filing Complaints and Score Inquiries

For candidates experiencing discrepancies, missing marks, or grading concerns, EAES has established a dedicated online window to handle inquiries systematically:

  • Submission Portal: File disputes directly at result.eaes.et/complaint.
  • Requirement: In-person visits to EAES headquarters are not required; all appeals and verification requests must be logged through the official digital window following the on-screen guidelines.
  • Timeline: Candidates are strongly advised to review their results promptly and submit any grievance before the formal appeal deadline.
