Ethiopia Agrees To Delay Dam Filling Says Egypt

Several international media outlets are reporting that Ethiopia agrees to delay dam feeling. The agreement was reached  between Ethiopia,Egypt and Sudan following a video conference call among the leaders. 

The three countries agreed to an African Union-led process to resolve outstanding issues and to stop unilateral actions including the filling of GERD until an agreement is reached. On Monday,the United Nation Security Council will be meeting to discuss the issue surrounding the three countries. 

The Africa Union Chair,Moussa Faki Mahamat also shared on his official twitter account that the countries have reached an agreement to engage in an AU-led process to resolve the issue.
