Commissioner Lelise Dhugaa Rewarded Pan African Change Makers Award

Lelise Dhugaa was recommended for her outstanding leadership qualities, persistent and revolutionary strides to nation-building by creating a solid leadership and entrepreneurship space for socio-economic development.

The 6th Pan African Humanitarian and Investment summit being held in Turkey under the theme “stronger together” strategic partnership for a prosperous Africa, Lelise Dhugaa was one of the special recognition of leadership excellence in public service and tourism development.

Commissioner Lelise Dhugaa mentioned, “consolidated effort is being made to encourage tourists to visit the historical and natural tourist attractions in Oromia state to take advantage of the undeveloped sector.”

The Oromia Tourism Commission has worked tirelessly to promote the state’s tourist attractions among both domestic and international visitors.
