Ethiopian Airlines Kenya signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Kenya Chamber of Commerce and Industry

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Ethiopian Airlines Kenya and the Kenya Chamber of Commerce and Industry-KNCCI forging a partnership to work together, supporting the air travel needs of the Chamber was signed at an event held on 3rd November 2021 at the KNCCI headquarters in Nairobi. Mrs. Tigist and KNCCI President Mr. Richard Ngatia penned down the agreement on behalf of the two organizations.

Through this partnership, Ethiopian Airlines aims to serve a large number of the Chamber, offering affordable travel solutions, both for the movement of members of the Chamber, and their cargo to various destinations. This partnership will profit the Chamber members by ensuring they benefit from the extensive air and cargo services offered by Ethiopian Airlines.

Ethiopian Airlines assured the chamber of its readiness in availing its air service to members of the Chamber and affiliates in the form of corporate deals, special packages, holiday packages, and joint brand awareness. Tigist Terefe also mentioned, in the event, that Ethiopian Airlines offers the best connectivity across the African continent and beyond offering the Chambers’ delegations and groups reliable passenger and cargo services.

In his remarks, Mr. Richard Ngatia, Chamber President acknowledged that the partnership is timely stating that with a couple of trade missions lined up for members; The ongoing Expo Dubai 2020, Trade mission to South Africa KwaZulu Natal scheduled for 15th to 21st November 2021 Trade mission to DRC Congo scheduled to take place 29th November to 12th December 2021.
