The Ethiopian national football team lost its first match to Cape Verde

The Ethiopian national football team has lost its first match of the Africa Cup of Nations (Cameroon) against Cape Verde.

In the 12th minute, Yared was sent off for a foul.

As a result, the national team finshes with 10 players.

In the 45th minute, Cape Verde’s Tavarez scored to move three points clear of Cameroon at the top of the table.

Ethiopia will play host Cameroon on Thursday at 1 p.m.
