Addis Ababa City Administration lifted the suspending of land related services

Addis Ababa City Administration announced that the suspension of land-related services has now been lifted.

It is known that the city administration has been suspending land-related services since August 13, 2021. Due to the temporarily lifted ban, the service will be available in every sub-city starting January 21, 2022.

The services that have been temporarily paused are now open. The services include issues of enrollment liability only for legal holdings with debt settlement concerns.

The services for property transfer, including bank auction, court enforcement, condominium house name transfer, inherited property, and real estate services, are now giving services.

In addition to Enrollment liability only for legal holdings, land transfer or bidding, new map services involving Substitute condominiums, Individual estates are included.

The city administration’s recognized and priority development initiatives in compensation, replacement of houses, and placement services are also open.
