Addis Ababa City Administration to handover, 24,491 condominiums of 40/60 and 20/80

A total of 24,491 condominium houses will be drawn tomorrow in the third round of 40/60 and 20/80 condominiums in Addis Ababa.

Addis Ababa City Administration Mayor Adanech Abebe made a statement on the lottery. The mayor stated that 79,794 registrants will be included in the lottery.

Out of the 20/80 enrollees who have been saving for 60 months, they will be given priority.

Addis Ababa City Administration Mayor Adanech Abebe, senior city officials and observers will be present at the draw ceremony to be held at 8:00 PM tomorrow morning.
