Gudaf Tsegay brings another Gold for Ethiopia in 5000 meter final

At the 18th World Athletics Championships in the women’s 5,000 meters final, Ethiopia has brought its medal count to 10 by taking more gold and bronze with athletes Gudaf Tsegaye.  and Dawit Seum.

In this competition where a lot of team work was done, the Ethiopians won the gold and bronze medals for their country, beating Sifen Hassan and the Kenyan running for the Netherlands.

Beatrice Chebet from Kenya finished the race in 2nd place.

Athlete Letesenbet Gidey who won gold in the 10,000 meters played a great role in the teamwork for the two Ethiopians to finish in 5th place. This year, Sifen Hasan, who has no victory, finished in 6th place.
