Ethiopian Higher Education Entrance Exam Results 2023: Which Universities Have the Highest Pass Rates?

How many students passed the entrance exam of public higher education institutions?

The Ethiopian Higher Education Entrance Exam (EHEE) results for 2023 have been released, and the pass rates for the various universities have been announced.

The highest pass rate was at Gondar University, where 89.35% of students passed the exam. Adama Science and Technology University was close behind, with a pass rate of 87.04%. Bahir Dar University came in third with a pass rate of 84.7%.

Other universities with high pass rates include Hawassa University (81%), Mizan Tepi University (81%), Kabridhar University (80.69%), Bonga University (80.6%), Woldya University (80.3%), RC University (79.66%), Jimma University (79.2%), and Haramaya University (77.6%).

At the lower end of the scale, Wolega University had the lowest pass rate, with only 41% of students passing the exam. Mettu University also had a low pass rate, with only 53% of students passing.
