The newest five-star hotel in Addis Ababa is set to open its doors in the coming Sunday. Located within a stone’s throw from Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, Ethiopian Skylight Hotel rests on 40,000 sqm of land. The hotel boasts 373 rooms – including 27 high standard deluxe presidential and executive suites – four restaurants including the largest Chinese restaurant on the continent, the largest conference and banquet hall in Addis accommodating over 2000 guests at a time. In addition, the hotel includes a swimming pool, gift shops, pastries, gym and health center, and Ethiopian Airlines ticket office among other amenities.
