EthioTelecom launched a Wireless to The Home (Home 4G/WTTx) service which enables the company to provide alternative high speed broadband internet service in the areas where wired broadband service is not accessible.

Also the company inaugurated the renovation of 24 premium business centers aimed at providing fast and convenient services to  customers and designed with Experience Zones, where customers test new products and services prior to making a decision to purchase.
